Sorry for having not posted in a long time, things got crazy busy with school, but nevertheless I am back and super excited to start posting again! 😀 For my look today I decided to really capture a super popular trend for fall. This look focuses on incorporating boots and leather into a simple outfit. Leather jackets are the perfect accessory and plus who doesn’t love a good leather jacket?! The reason I love leather jackets is because they are perfect for layering. They can make your look more grungy and they also can keep your warm. Finding the perfect leather jacket can be difficult. Some people prefer an oversized look, other people prefer a leather jacket that is fitted and some people like there to be metal hardware while others do not. For me personally, I like leather jackets that have a bit of texture and personality to them. I ADORE my Rumer jacket by Mackage. It fits perfectly and pairs well with any look. This leather jacket is made of pebbled leather and has a lot of metal hardware to it, giving it a more grungy look. To me, this is the perfect biker jacket. For those of you who are considering purchasing this jacket, it is important to note that it does stretch out over time and it also has more of an oversized fit to it. I paired this jacket with a simple crop top and a button down denim skirt. I recently received these thigh-high Steve Madden boots as a gift and I was just dying to wear them and thought they completed my look perfectly! These “Gorgeous” boots by Steve Madden are very similar to the Stuart Weitzman thigh-high boots (which you may have seen on several celebrities such as Kourtney Kardashian and Gigi Hadid!) and are the perfect alternative for those not willing to shell out $900 for a pair of boots. These are a great alternative, they are comfortable and fit like a glove! These boots tend to fit a size or a size and a half too big so I definitely recommend trying them on before you purchase!
